I already learned about 16 years ago that I’ll pretty much buy any album if it’s only $4. In that time, the price of a standard album was anywhere from $18 all the way down to free. But now it seems to be settling ever and ever closer to the $4 price point at which I simply can’t resist using a bit of the disposable income that I now have (as opposed to in high school when I had to decide if I want a new CD or more Magic cards and college when I had to decide if I wanted a new CD or if I could just download it). It doesn’t hurt (or help?) that November always seems like a month when 2-3 albums that I want are released.
